You make a reasonable point about the SCOTUS options. But, on the other hand, what about if Obama is still there to push through another 'radical' through a RAT Senate, and I use this
liberal's take to make my point. I don't disagree with your point, but the counter-point has as much validity and actually more likelihood of actually happening. In which case, I would prefer not to see THAT happen either.
You have to assume that Scalia, Thomas, Kennedy, Roberts, or Alito will die or retire or be removed from office before you can assume that Obama gets to nominate a replacement for them.
