Not hardly. There is a lot more money to be made if they can get that oil/bitumen down to the free trade zone in Port Arthur. And the new Panama canal begins operation

Plus, once you get it down to refineries in Texas, it can be refined into diesel, then exported. And diesel prices are not going down

Texas will not see a drop of oil from Alberta, Obama has assured of that, and the people of the United States, who should be rioting in the streets, meekly accept it.

And Canada does not need Panama,or Port Arthur, the oil pipelines will now run from Alberta to Vancouver, and the oil will go to Asia.And there is not one thing that the USA can do about it under Obama, unless protests would be organized, or a media exposee is done.

The oil pipelines developing Westward simply assures that they will not go South...EVER.

The USA has Obama to thank.
