A guy who walks around with a bunch of bodyguards criticizes self-defense laws

If we all had half a dozen bodyguards to protect us like New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg, we might all think that Florida's "stand your ground" law and other self defense measures were a "license to murder."
But most of us aren't that lucky - which is why most of us thank the Lord that we live in a country with a second amendment.
Politico:
The so-called Stand Your Ground self-defense laws in Florida and some other states amount to "a license to murder" and an excuse for "vigilante justice," New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg charged Wednesday.
"The laws are not the kind of laws a civilized society should have and the [National Rifle Association] should be ashamed of themselves," Bloomberg, a leading gun-control advocate, said at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. "This has nothing to do with gun-owners' rights. This has nothing to do with the Second Amendment."

The late and completely unlamented mayor of Atlanta - a total waste of skin while he was alive, Mainturd Jackasson, was an anti-gun agitator and there was a line item in the Atlanta budget of 1/2 a million dollars for his personal protection detail.
I think that if they want to go after our self defense laws, they need to man up and outlaw body guards too. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Put your money where your mouth is you libtard rejects.
Bloomberg is probably the only politician that would make me consider voting for Obama if they ran against each other.
Are his bodyguards armed?
With full-auto submachineguns, in addition to things like pistols and other arms that we peons are allowed, despite the best efforts of creatures like Bloomberg.
It's great to be king. Or even in the service of a king...
LOL
Great one!
Seriously it would be a difficult choice.
He'd still go for it. Stupid is as stupid does. Besides, with his armored limo and home in the best area with tall walls and probably a nice new police station just happening to be put next door... He'd figure the odds are still in his favor. But actually, he'd just ignore the demands and have his armed bodyguards anyway. Laws are for thee; not for me.
Remember, Bloomberg spend millions to thwart his own term limits...

The only people I know that are on par with the blooming moron are the full grown morons that voted for him.
What else can we expect, from Michael LOONberg?
That is a very fitting name for him.You nailed it.
