Tulsa attorney Clark Brewster held a news conference this afternoon to announce that he will defend Good Friday shootings suspect Jake England.
Brewster said he made the decision to provide his service for free after receiving a letter from England's mother, Teri Alexander, who is incarcerated Mabel Bassett Correctional Center in McLoud. The letter described England's difficult childhood and asked for his help, Brewster said.
"Our family does not hate black people," Alexander wrote in her letter.
Brewster also said that after interviewing England over the past week, he does not believe that England has any animosity toward black people
It will be fun watching him defend the hate crime aspect of this act.
I’m not taking his side in any way. It could be interesting however to see this Brewster guy take on Holder’s Mafia.
Hate crime...BS.I'm not even *slightly* interested.Not guilty is my vote on any such charge,regardless of the evidence. Deliberate,premeditated,depraved murder interests me very much,regardless of the race/gender/ethnicity of the killer *or* the victim.

Jefferson was not charged with homicide because an investigation determined he acted in self-defense.”

An investigation comprised of eye witness testimony and corroborating evidence at the scene said that Zimmerman acted in self defense too. But the National Lynch Mob scared Florida authorities into arresting him anyway.
If he is lucky, the lawyer will be able to negotiate that they jam the execution needle in his left arm instead of his right arm.

Yes, the father killing thing is an interesting angle. The guy left to go get a gun and came back and shot the father.
This case has more than meets the eye. The father was murdered by a black guy which you may know.
The Father hit him with a ballbat. The guy left to get a gun, returned and killed the father in front of the kid. On top of that his fiancee committed suicide in January. The authorities say it was self defense. It just doesn’t quite wash. This drove the kid just plain crazy. That would be the proper outcome.
Jessie and Al Sharpton will be here Sunday. This was a made to order perfect storm scenario for them.
He just has a penchant for shooting them. It is not race hate or cultural bias, they are just easier to shoot. Or something.

Does Oklahoma have a Stand Your Ground Law and does it apply when someone attacks you with a baseball bat?

He clearly returned and sparked a further confrontation. Plus what’s he doing with a gun?
If they don’t charge black mobs attacking whites as a hate crime, they should not prosecute a Native American who shoots up blacks as a hate crime.
