Oh yeah, peep her discussion with Bill O’Reilly the other night on the Trayvon Martin case as well...

Jasmine Rand, an attorney representing Trayvon Martin‘s family, spoke to Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly on Tuesday night about how the case has been unfolding. O’Reilly asked about the new information about Martin’s school records, which Rand said bear zero legal relevance to case. Responding to the issue of the Black Panthers, Rand said the family does not support any calls for violence.

She is built! A lot better than Treyvon’s case but she’s here to provide a female face for the lib media and to work the lawsuits ($$$$$) against the home owner’s association and every other entity they can sue

She’s a “civil rights” attorney....so, you’re probably more right than most think.

the Martin Family would have to be idiots to not hire or accept an attorney to represent them.

We know what they are, from the way they raised their son, if you can call it raising. If they want justice, they can provide it. They should start by apologizing to all the people hurt by Trayvon's misbehavior and criminal activities. That includes the foul example kids like him set for other kids, and the violence and murders his ill-fated adventure inspired in other jurisdictions.

More details will come out, but it probably includes Trayvon's unprovoked assault on a man who caught him casing houses for burglary. But most of all, it includes atoning for the ruin they made of a once-innocent boy's soul. Then they should shut up. May God have mercy on Trayvon and his phony, grasping, narcissistic parents.

They cab sue in civil court only if Zimmermann is not covered by Stand Your Ground. (3) The court shall award reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, compensation for loss of income, and all expenses incurred by the defendant in defense of any civil action brought by a plaintiff if the court finds that the defendant is immune from prosecution as provided in subsection (1).
