Even though he is no longer actively running, Santorum is way ahead of Newt, and is presumably still on the ballots.
No use telling anyone who to vote for, but I think he is the likelier of the two. In any case, DO NOT VOTE FOR ROMNEY. And I think Ron Paul is a distraction, too.

Santorum will probably endorse Romney as soon as he agrees to pay off Santorum’s campaign debts.
