Obama Scapegoat Hilary Rosen Ducks 'Meet The Press'

This war against Ann Romney started Friday at the White House as President Obama himself laid the groundwork for Hilary Rosen's CNN attack Wednesday night. As a consequence to the blowback, the White House immediately threw their surrogate under the bus and now she's gone even deeper into hiding.

Rosen, a capable public relations and crisis management expert, is obviously the White House's scapegoat in this sorry episode after a cynical and divisive plan of attack against Ann Romney, who will obviously be a major asset to the 2012 ticket, completely blew up in their face.

My guess is that Rosen would love nothing more than to get on "Meet the Press" but is now under orders to stay under the bus.

No, it is great. I just needed to write a diatribe. It’s therapeutic in these ridiculous times.

IMO, and only IMO, the real desire (and outcome) in this whole sordid episode is to drive votes to Mittens and away from Gingrich with “sympathy votes”. “Awwww, they’re picking on his wife!”

I have yet to see any proof whatsoever that your claim is real. I voted for Santorum when I had the chance. Don’t bother trying your B.S. about how I didn’t have precognition that Santorum wouldn’t win the nomination back in 2011 either. Even though I didn’t vote one single iota for Romney, and still haven’t Hillary Rosen’s statement is a load of crap that is uncalled for. She is not just talking about Romney’s wife, she is suggesting that women who play the role of mother aren’t working in doing so. My mother’s being a mother was a pretty good example of work, in addition to the other stuff she did. I wouldn’t care whether it be Ann Romney, Callista Gingrich, or anyone else’s mother who made a choice about setting aside time to care for her kids, which is work, and which she had to endure me easily contributing to gray and white hairs on her head for the problematic child I was. Either way, I can call Rosen’s comments inappropriate and uncalled for, without supporting Romney one bit. Who wins the presidency is one thing, but whether or not I am going to sit back and let some arrogant, elitist woman from D.C. insult what plenty of mothers do, or struggle to do sometimes, is a totally different matter altogether. If we had fewer inefficient mothers, we would have plenty fewer problems with our children, especially our sons.

Nope, your idea of a setup is more whacked up than anything I have ever heard. You don’t have to vote for someone to disagree with what the Obama administration is acting. We need to make a big deal about what Obama condones and tolerates, we need to make a good deal about the condescending nature of this man named Obama towards your regular person, and exactly how rediculous he is. You don’t have to vote for Romney to think that Rosen’s comments are rediculous, I don’t have a single clue where you got that idea from.
