According to Rahm Emmanuel, the shootings are former Mayor Daley's fault. Nearly all these shootings are on the city's South Side, the Obamas’ stamping grounds. Several weeks back, Michelle said she was raising her daughters with “South Side values.”
Perhaps Mayor Rahm and Police chief McCarthy need to take Barry's “stimulus” and embark on wall-to-wall anger management classes for Barry's and Holder's people?
