Obama in Colombia plotting US Gun confiscation using foreign troops

Enter the US Army Military Personnel Exchange Program, wherein officers in the US Army are being exchanged with officers from countries around the world for the purported purpose of cross training for international crisis.  What is happening right before our eyes is the international soviet socialist elite are putting together an international coalition army for the purpose of disarming the American citizens.

Understand, this army must be coordinated and considering the reality of diverse languages requires a communication system which has to be established before this foreign army can begin operations in the United States.  This is why we have all the cross training, in order to procure communication between the various foreign units.

This operation has been underway for many years now.  We all remember guns being confiscated from American citizens during the exercises conducted after Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans and right now there are Polish troops training in Illinois for gun confiscation in the United States.

Using NATO troops in Serbia to settle the dispute with Kosovar Serbians was a precedent for using foreign troops in any nation to settle internal disputes. A NATO force made up of mostly foreign troops would have little problem firing on American civilians. The poor bass turds.

Did you read any comments at the linked site? Some pretty barbarous stuff being suggested.

Not entirely rational people over at "in the trenches" or whatever the site is.

Through my keen powers of observation, I have managed to ascertain the author’s driving principle:

“Evidence? We don’t need no stinkin’ evidence.”

Dictatorships do not need this kind of melodrama anymore. This is for Hollywood. The only kind of confiscation that would ever happen, and it would be extremely unlikely, would be in regions where the oppressors are invited in, such as Bloomberg's New York. They would have a welcome parade set up for gun confiscators, and it would be very popular. But even that won't happen.

Our fascist state will be more like the Matrix, an oppressive poultry ranch, where we are the chickens. Our ideology will be animal husbandry, not a republic or democracy, or even communism.

There will be no fences, no walls, no barbed wire. Too melodramatic. You can keep all the guns you want, because there will be no one to shoot at. The oppressors will be invisible, hidden on hard disk drives and supercomputers. We will accept our seeds with gratitude and love the rancher who gives it to us. And we will support him and make sure he stays in power, so we can have our seeds. And the rancher will get wealthy from our eggs. And when we can't lay anymore, he will help us save on veterinary care. We will go to the poultry processing plant. And we will love that, and agree that it is fair, because after all, the rancher gave us the seeds.

If we fight the invisible fences and chains, and want to live on the free range, only then will we be visited by our oppressors on the hard drives. They will clip our credit cards, our bank access, our ability to send money anywhere, and our Internet access. Then we will have to survive on our own. Most chickens will not accept this, and will run back to the hutch.

I’m not sure what to make of all of this, it does seem far fetched, but we have Some far fetched governmental functionaries running the show. If someone would have told me 30 years ago what would become of America I would have found it hard to believe as well. I have no doubt that those in power would live nothing more then to strip America of its right to bear arms, but how far would they go?

don't know about a district, but it'll work just fine on any "foreign troops" that want to take their chances...

Nearly $100 million last year went to over 143 countries under the IMET (International Military Education and Training) portion of the Security Assistance budget. This is above and beyond the personnel exchange programs, so there are literally thousands of foreign military, normally with their families, in the US at any one time.

“Would New England have many resistors?”

You apparently don’t live in New England.

I live in Maine, and nearly every home here has as many guns as the typical home in the State of Texas. Plus, there are a lot of hunters here....and I mean a LOT. Maine is gun country, I’m happy to say.

There are no shortage of firearms in Vermont or New Hampshire, either.

As for Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island.....plenty of bed wetting liberals and lefty politicians in those states, but there are numerous gunowners in those locales as well, under the radar.

This whole claim of foreign troops planning to grab our guns is BS.

We’ve had foreign exchange officers and NCOs since at least the late 70s.

We should be more concerned about aliens from outer space coming to confiscate medications from conspiracy theorists. ;-)

Even political lefties would refuse to give up their firearms, and they probably comprise most of the buyers of those stylish semiautomatic rifles.

If that were true, wouldn't your laws look like the ones in Texas?

I believe you are seriously mistaken with your beliefs. Consider how heavily armed our “civilians” are and also consider that many millions of those armed “civilians” are themselves ex-military. Yes, governments have all the heavy equipment, but they would have to wage a campaign of total annihilation using your methods, and the results would be fairly predictable, IMO, and the government would lose in the end.

Asymmetrical warfare is a very nasty business when determined Americans have their mind made up to fight. I believe at least %70 of our military would turn upon the government and that alone will negate the major advantages of their heavy weaponry, and even if the government were to call for international help against a rebellion, consider exactly what assets we have spread around the world, particularly nuclear in nature, that can deter such a scenario, and even possibly ignite a world war. This is one huge reason I believe Obama is determined to reduce our nuclear stockpiles to as low a level as possible as then there would be nothing to deter foreign entities from joining our government in a battle against those who are prepared to fight to the death for freedom.

I really would hate doing it, but I will attempt to kill any military person from any country that attempts to disarm me in any future event.

One of the guys I went to college with ended up as an Instructor Pilot in the mid-70s teaching Iranians to fly.

Had to learn to speak Farsi to have any chance.

I always chuckle at these stories, i live in western NY and i can damn well guarantee there is well over a thousand guns within a one mile radius of my home, and thats being “EXTREMELY” conservative.
