Conservatives should flee FaceBook as though it were the Devil. It should have a disclaimer every time you post : “Anything you post here will be used against you in a court of law”.

Conservatives who work in government jobs (Fed, State, local, military) should be very careful what they post on Facebook. It is NOT a forum like FR; you are NOT anonymous. It should be entertainment only; posting anti-Government sentiments can be a detriment to your career.
The same thing is true for posting about your employer. If your not saying how much you love them and how great their products and services are, DON’T post it on Facebook. Go somewhere where you are anonymous.
OTOH, this kind of case must have our support. This is Thoughtcrime, pure and simple.

You should treat anything you post anywhere in electronic format subject to having to explain it before a jury.
I have been telling my friends for years to stay away from FB (and similar sites).... No matter how I explain how dangerous (in so many ways) FB is, they laugh it off :/
