As usual you cannot tell what type of “cuts” these are. Is spending declining year over year or is the budget failing to go up up enough which is often called a cut.
There’s always somebody there with his hand out telling us how great it is to have the government in control of things instead of the free market. Think about the farm bill and ask yourself, do I believe in capitalism or communism? ‘Nuff said...
