Nope. Human wave charges don't do much good against Gatling guns. The Zulu won at Isandlwana for the same reason the Sioux won at Little Bighorn. The Victorian army went for mobility over firepower. Once it got knocked into the Victorians that they had a real war on their hands they brought up the breach loading artillery, massed rifle fire and Gatling guns. No warrior, no matter how skilled or how brave is going to win against machine guns with spears and a handful of trade rifles. Just read up on the Battle of Ulundi if you have any doubt how it would go. Zulu's made repeated charges but none ever got within 30 yards of the British formation.
