New was also in favor of TARP, his reasons were sound but he was in favor of TARP. And I agree, Ron Paul should have a column. What’s the point if all serious candidates are not listed?

Newt spoke out very harshly against TARP on Hannity (it’s on YouTube) when it was introduced. He recommended an entirely different plan and approach. But he said he would have voted for it if he was in Congress, because that was the only choice available and he didn’t want to do nothing. Not really relevant because he explained how if he was in charge, it would have been a very different plan.
