One of the ironies of the 'what's in a name' issue is that 'Malvinas' wasn't, originally, either a Spanish or an English name. It's derived from Les Malouines, the name given to the islands by the French, since an early group of settlers were from the Breton fishing town of St Malo. It would add to the gaiety of nations if the French now made a claim too.

Proper Department of Defense (DOD) use of acronyms requires that the first use in a text be spelled out with the acronym in parenthesis. ;-)

The opposite of Darwinism is Creationism. So, every time that Obama says that this country wasn’t founded on Darwinism or the Republicans are Darwinists, he is saying that he doesn’t believe in evolution.
