I am retired from this department. Juveniles are almost *NEVER* placed in cells at the Milledgeville Police Department, a practice seemingly continued in this case according to the incident report: http://www.13wmaz.com/assetpool/documents/120417104050_milledgeville-student-incident-report.pdf .

As was done in this case, juveniles are typically supervised in the squadroom, a large combination classroom/briefingroom/breakroom open to all department employees.

That incident report does not comment one way or another as to whether or not this child was put in a cell. Quit trying to fool people who do not have the time or inclination to click through to your linked report.
