I don’t get that and as a woman myself I still don’t get it.Why would anyone expect to get promotions if out of 3 years they take 6 months off for maternity leave when the males worked all of that time?They did not put the same time in to get the promotion.
That is a complaint my plant has received, and your right it makes no sense.
