House Speaker Nancy Pelosi Thursday blamed the "two oil men in the White House," President Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney, and their Republican allies in Congress for gas prices exceeding $4 a gallon.

The same two ‘oil men’ are to blame. After they got out of government they had more time to maliciously manipulate the oil futures markets against the common man.
God knows Obama has done everything possible to develop more domestic oil recovery and to make it easier to renovate or build new refineries over the greedy opposition of the evil Republicans.
