I don't have any doubt there is a connection between the terrorist attacks and international organized crime and the drug trade.

When the USSR collapsed, one of the first things they learned about it was it was not a govt. as we understand it. It was an organized crime syndicate.

Between the time the USSR collapsed and the 1st WTC attack in 93, there was a uniting of organized crime around the world like had never been seen before.

That's were the terrorist attacks are coming from, international organized crime.

If organized crime can control the US then they can control the world until it collapse on itself the way the USSR collapsed.

I first came to the conclusion the democrat party is the political wing of organized crime in 1986.

With the corruption of Clinton and now Zippo, I think I was ahead of the curve in my thinking.

Nobody knows from Mr. Zippy the Pinhead, but I would argue with you that Clinton was a straight-up Chinese PLA asset from the time he got recruited by a KGB "swallow" operation during his visit to Moscow ("swallow" as in, bird -- i.e. what the British called a "honey trap") and turned over to the Chinese, until .... well, maybe still, I don't know. Maybe he and Beastie were all lined up to do their "Left Behind" thing as Chinese tools for taking over the U.N. and conquering the world without a shot. Who knows? (Jiang Zemin knows. But other than him.)

No, I think Clinton's corruption has always been treason, since about 15 minutes after he met Sen. Bill Fulbright, who I always thought stank of KGB. (As a teen, Clinton interned with Fulbright.)

As someone pointed out to me upthread, there are no alternatives. But if I required OPSEC I'd:

Use vintage hardware for key data storage. Before 1990 or so most everything was made here by relatively politically unaligned and disinterested small companies. dBase is still perfectly capable of meeting the data needs of an average person or small-to-medium sized organization. WordStar can handle documents. It goes without saying that your dino computer should not be networked. Sneakernet any data that you need to share on easily-destructable thumb drives.

Use burn phones. Use 'em and lose 'em often. Smart phones have multiple layers of hidden and non-configurable features in addition to the various cameras and microphones and transmitters that you know about: they are right out. Feature phones are nearly as bad. Most mobile phones are GPS-enabled and transmit your location continuously even if you opt out.

Avoid fancy widgetry in any area requiring OPSEC. Smartphones, tablets and anything that transmits consantly (like Bluetooth devices) are right out. Remember, almost everything has a camera and a microphone these days, including many TVs and almost all monitors. Medical devices need scrutiny, too. My hearing aids transmit everything that I hear via Bluetooth. High OPSEC means they come out and turn off. A lot of the newer devices are GPS-enabled and 4G enabled. My wife brought my attention to an insulin pump that maintains a real-time data stream, ostensibly with your doctor. It would be easy to piggyback a microphone in the device. Or send an "inject 10 cc" kill command. We are on the cusp of some real James Bond stuff. Be aware!

Avoid wi-fi devices and routers in high OPSEC areas, ans secure the crap out of them anywhere else. Run the strongest protocol that the router will support and use mad passwords. Also, whitelist only the MAC addresses of your hardware and block everything else. This advice goes double for mobile hotspots. It's not foolproof (which is why you keep wi-fi out of critical areas), but it will keep out most garden-variety snoops.

Invest in a big-ass magnet and a big-ass hammer to dispose of thumb drives, phones and other data-imbued widgets. Yes, I KNOW they can still recover data off of flashed-and-smashed gadgets...but it is both difficult and expensive.

This is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to tech OPSEC. It isn't enough to stop a hardcore operation but if someone can easily mess with you, they may do so with little pretext. If you make it difficult and expensive to monitor you, many would-be spies will be discouraged.

I had a run in with a Corpus Christi, TX police officer.

He was stoned out of his guard and went to spouting his mouth about being part of a big dope running operation involving corrupt law enforcement.

I thought the guy was nuts. He wasn't.

I filed a complaint against the cop, and the police dept went into full cover up.

I filed a complaint against him with the FBI. The FBI went into full cover up.

The first complaint filed just disappeared.

The second time I filed the complaint, the complaint was changed to some BS about the CIA killing Kennedy.

I then filed a third complaint and handed it to the agent in person.

A few weeks later was the first attempt against my life.

Idiots tried to make it look like an accident. I guess the clowns that tried it had been watching too much TV because what they tried was right off of TV. The thought never crossed their minds that if someone is trying to run you off the road and make you wreck, you don't speed up like they do on TV, you slow down. Two out three of their cars ended up wrecked. The third one backed his ass off.

I then had one of the Nueces Co. District Attorney's threaten my life. Let me know it was legal for police to kill people.

Sure nuf they tried. Once again the idiots tried to make it look like an accident. They managed to total a cop car in that attempt.

There was more to the dope running operation than just running dope into Mena.

There was also a dope running operation involving corrupt cops out of Chicago taking the guns the police were confiscating, hauling the guns to Mexico and trading the guns for dope.

Iran Contra was used as a cover. You couldn't get to the bottom of any one dope running operation without getting into the CIA’s Iran Contra, so everything was covered up.
