Seminole County Circuit Judge Jessica Recksiedler said Tuesday that she will issue a written order no later than Friday on George Zimmermans request that she step down from the case because of a potential conflict of interest.
Zimmermans attorney, Mark OMara, made the request Monday after Recksiedler said in court last week that her husband works with Orlando attorney Mark NeJame. Zimmermans family approached NeJame about representing Zimmerman, 28, who is charged with second-degree murder in the Feb. 26 shooting of Miami Gardens teen Trayvon Martin in Sanford, but NeJame declined and referred them to OMara, who came on board last week.
In addition, NeJame has been hired as a CNN legal analyst for the case.
OMara said Monday that he wants the issue to be addressed now rather than later in case there is a conflict.
The Eighteenth Judicial Circuit said in a statement Tuesday that Recksiedler is on temporary assignment from the Florida Supreme Court, hearing oral arguments at the Fifth District Court of Appeal in Daytona Beach.
Zimmerman has pleaded not guilty, saying he shot Martin, 17, in self-defense.

She is so not guilty.

How'd this dog get a babe like that?
They say justice is blind, and y’all are gonna go blind too if you don’t behave...
Hairhat city.
She was elected but couldn’t find a party affiliation.
She better respond by Friday because she precides over the bail hearing.
This website says she’ll recuse herself.

Thanks, here in CA we have appointed and elected judges.
All must stand for reconfirmation election regularly (yes or no). Also, most don't state party. In California, most county and local politicians pretend they are non partisan...
Of course she will not. If she would have she would have done so at that point as she would have already have thought about this.
There is no way she steps down.
Sorry!
Why would anyone want a case like this?
