Man Arrested After Facebook Picture Shows Him Siphoning Gas From Cop Car

JENKINS, Ky. (CBS Cleveland) A local man was arrested Monday for siphoning gas from a police cruiser. He may have gotten away with the crime if he hadnt posted a picture of himself in the act on his Facebook page.
Jenkins Police Chief Allen Bormes told CBS Cleveland that 20-year-old Michael Baker had posted the picture last Friday.

This guy they can find, but somehow they never find any of the folks who enter a 7-11 en masse and take whatever they can quickly carry out of the store without paying anything.

I knew a guy once who stole the flag from the police department flagpole then ran some womens underwear up the pole. I didn’t believe it till I drove by and saw it.

That picture does not show him taking gas. It shows only what looks like a clear tube leading from the gas tank to a gas can. I cannot see any gas moving (it’s a still picture).
