The campaign of Richard Mourdock, the Indiana treasurer who hopes to knock off Sen. Dick Lugar, said a new poll indicates he's leading the race.
Mourdock's campaign cited a poll conducted by McLaughlin and Associates this week that shows him leading Lugar by the slimmest of margins, 42 to 41 percent. The poll had a 5 percent margin of error.
"Republican primary voters believe Sen. Lugar is out of touch with their concerns and ready to elect a true conservative to the U.S. Senate," Mourdock said in a news release.
Mourdock and Lugar have been engaged in an increasingly heated campaign. A poll before last week's debate showed Mourdock 7 percentage points behind Lugar. The Indiana primary is May 8

He drools occasionally AND does not follow his opponent's train of thought well in discussions.
But none of that matters in the Senate ~ their staff people take care of the heavy lifting.
I'd like to know who Mourdock is going to hire ~
Mark also said Lugar is a resident of McLean, Virginia and that at one point Lugar and his wife weren’t even allowed to vote in Indiana because they had no legal residence there. And now Daniels is making commercials for him. Yikes... Glad that guy opted out of the Presidential race in a hurry.

Now, tell me, if they aren't legal residents of Fairfax County where are they still legal residents?
You know our laws do not allow us to force them to become residents here ~
Wherever they maintain a legal residence, I guess.
(shrug) Not my problem.
So, yeah, it's your problem.
I was paraphrasing Levin. I don’t know if he said “lives in McLean, Virginia”, “resides in McLean, Virginia”, or “is a resident of McLean, Virginia”. It was something like that but I really couldn’t care less what his exact words were. Mark’s point was that Lugar hasn’t lived in Indiana for decades and at one point he was even declared ineligible to vote there.
Now, is there a point to anything you’ve posted to me?
If there is, I can’t figure it out.
Nevermind... no need to reply. Please.
You raised the point ~ your fault.
Any man who rapts what remaining hair he has around his head like it was spraying on cheese whiz is not to taken seriously...
