As of 1:15 PM he is still alive.
He was truly an inspiring example of how to overcome a mistake that many people would find to be for all practical purposes life-ending, and to instead use your remaining years to do the Lord’s work.
RIP, Mr. Colson.

Where are journalistic standards?
Well, that’s sad. Prayers for his family and loved ones.
Oh, he’s not passed away? Well, that’s good news, but confusing. Thank you.
God bless this man and his family. He gave it all until the end. As it should be for us all. What an inspiration.
