I’ve repeatedly said that Zimmerman should never have gotten out of his truck. The prosecutor can try to use that, but the next words out of the defense’s mouth is “Trayvon Martin should never have turned around to confront the man following him.”
Both of them were stupid.

I don`t think Zimmerman`s decision was particularly wise. It`s his call though, and leaving his truck is not criminal nor does it make him responsible for the final outcome.

Bingo. In most circumstances the dead one would be considered more stupid because he is dead, but in this particular case Zimmerman should have known we have a race hustler president looking for white sympathy votes in an election year /s.
