Not to mention, Grover The Putz "borrowed" the rhythm of the article title from Michael Savage's book "Trickle Down Tyranny".
They both use it to mock Al Gore’s charactarization of supply side economics as “trickle down” I doubt that Grover stole it from Savage. It’s been out there long before Savage.
