He believes literally America is over when Obama is re-elected, and believes it would be wrong of him not to stop his re-election if he can.

To him that’s putting America’s survival first, not a party. You don’t see it that way.

No, I don't. I see electing Romney as the final capitulation of conservatives to a de facto Socialist state, and the end of any real hope of achieving the aims of Ronald Reagan and the Tea Party.

Once elected, Romney becomes the head of the Republican party, and a Republican dominated Congress will acquiesce to his liberal agenda, where they would stand firm against Obama.

I'd rather see Obama in an inescapable straight jacket for the next four years, than see a liberal Romney run unfettered for four years. He would cement every one of Obama's disastrous policies in place, if elected, and the Congress would not oppose him.

Let’s face it. Although Newt was my original favorite of the bunch, he and Santorum made the mistake of going after Romney instead of going after one another for the role of conservative standardbearer.

The RINO vote was set in stone for Romney from day 1. Those voters weren’t going to budge no matter how many times an ad about Bain capital was ran. #2. Huntsman’s presence in the race had a chance to split the RINO vote but he dropped out right after New Hampshire and endorsed Mitt, so that ended that idea.

Newt & Rick could have campaigned against one another and had one man standing - but they chose not to. Sad that a guy who 60% of the party has voted against is going to be the standard bearer.
