They’re only doing this to make sure there are no protests during the DNC event in Charlotte. There are going to be a lot of pissed off red-necks there in Sept. including me!
This law means someone speaking out of turn, such as the brave woman who spoke up against Red China’s brutal dictator when he had a press conference with Obama, could be charged under this law that was almost unanimously passed.
I tend to agree. This is about the conventions.
I can’t see it passing SCOTUS muster. But that would
keep it on the books long enough to get through both
conventions.
