What does that mean? I seriously think I’m picking up on things that maybe I shouldn’t, but does this mean she is black?

Create a scandal or just use one of many likely opportunities (SS is human after all). Use as excuse to purge the ranks of CONSTITUTIONAL loyalists. Replace with a “palace guard”. All hail Caesar.

Sounds like a way for a black female to embarrass a bunch of white males, and provide an excuse for a change in personnel.
Although it hasn't received much press, I suspect Obama, Holder, etc, have been busy filling the ranks in SS, CIA, etc with "their people".
