Senate Rats may propose whatever they like.
It won’t pass the House.

Known as the 'father of modern American radicalism,'
Saul D. Alinsky (1909-1972) developed strategies and tactics that take the enormous, unfocused emotional energy of grassroots groups and transform it into effective anti-government and anti-corporate activism. ... Some of these rules are ruthless, but they work.
Alinsky's Rules for Radicals: Alinsky's second chapter, called Of Means and Ends, craftily poses many difficult moral dilemmas, and his 'tenth rule of the ethics of means and ends' is: 'you do what you can with what you have and clothe it with moral arguments.' He doesn't ignore traditional moral standards or dismiss them as unnecessary. He is much more devious; he teaches his followers that 'Moral rationalization is indispensable at all times of action whether to justify the selection or the use of ends or means.'...
"'The organizer's first job is to create the issues or problems,' and 'organizations must be based on many issues.' The organizer 'must first rub raw the resentments of the people of the community; fan the latent hostilities of many of the people to the point of overt expression. He must search out controversy and issues, rather than avoid them, for unless there is controversy people are not concerned enough to act. . . . An organizer must stir up dissatisfaction and discontent.'"

Illegal immigration is an assault on the domain of the American people but I guess Charles Shoo-muh isn’t concerned about that.

Obergruppenfuhrer Schumer can see the handwriting on the wall. Without all those illegal alien votes, the commie ‘RATS are in deep kimchi come November. Chucky loves “minorities” but he doesn’t want to be one.

In the majority opinion, the 9th Circuit mentioned that five out of six Mexican governors declined an invitation to travel to a conference in Arizona in protest of the law, and that the leaders of dozens of foreign countries and United Nations human rights officials had publicly criticized it..........................Does this mean that if a foreign government doesn't like one of our domestic laws and protests it, then that domestic law is hurting foreign relations and should be overturned?

The Democrats are determined to fix this election and turn the US over to Mexican authorities.
To: mandaladon
The plan is to allow Democrats a route to express displeasure with the Arizona law if the court allows it to stand, and it would force Republicans to take a clear position on the law during the height of the presidential campaign. The immigration law is deeply unpopular with Latino voters, who could be key to the outcome of the presidential and Senate races in several Western states. First of all the house will just let the bill languish like the senate does and will not vote on it.
Secondly, most legal latinos I have spoken with that live in the western states would love to get the border sealed. The illegal immigrants are hurting them more than anyone.

Senate Democrats are making plans to force a floor vote on legislation that would invalidate Arizonas controversial immigration statute if the Supreme Court upholds the law this summer. In other words -IF Supreme Court finds the AZ law Constitutional the RATS will still attempt to circumvent the Constitution.

Who do these people like Chuck the Schmuck represent??
Surely not Americans. Obama ran guns to cartels, drunken illegals are running down Americans, American labor forces are being forced out of jobs by illegals, Drugs are coming over the border, we have gangs in bigger cities.
Illegals are costing us Billions of tax dollars
Are these the people Chuckie represents??
It must be because he, and they, are certainly not representing Americans.
Americans in Arizona mean nothing.
Are there really enough actual legal Hispanics who can vote, that want illegals in this country, to elect Democrats?
Or is Chuck looking forward to the illegal votes?

It makes you wonder if any of these dumb a$$es have ever even read the Constitution.
The founders fully intended for the States to have more power than the Federal government.
