Well this is great news! So now the feds can begin dismantling that fascist monstrosity aka the 'Department of Homeland Security' and their little jackboot sockpuppets the 'TSA', because if the War on Terror is "over", then there is no longer a need for America to be under the thumb of the countless federal goons and thugs running rampant across our great Nation.
Give them all their walking papers!

Now the admin will use this as a deficit off set and allocate the money to another government program O wants to start.

((((It was ALL about SCOTUS. Most forget about that and HAVE DOOMED us for a generation or more.))))
The DHS and the TSA isn’t here to protect us from the Islamofascists. It is here to protect us from ourselves. Just look who Big Sis thinks is the real threat to the country. The Tea party.

Gotta read between the lines. He only said the war against muslim terrorism is over, not the war against Americans.
“then there is no longer a need for America to be under the thumb of the countless federal goons and thugs running rampant across our great Nation.”
On the contrary - under Obama’s DHS, it isn’t Islamic terrorists who merit observation and dealing with - it’s Americans whom they deem as dissidents (not in total agreement with The Wan).
