Mika Sticks Up For Mitt!
NewsBusters ^ | Mark Finkelstein

Posted on 04/24/2012 4:13:46 AM PDT by governsleastgovernsbest

Come November, there's no way Mika Brzezinski will be pulling the lever for Mitt Romney. But the MSNBC co-host had some sincere praise for the Republican standard-bearer this morning.

Expressing frustration with Rudy Giuliani--the latest in a string of Republicans to have offered only a tepid endorsement of Romney--Brzezinski said that when she meets with Mitt and Ann, she comes away "excited," because they're "good people" and a "good family." "What's wrong with these people? It's just ridiculous," a palpably peeved Mika said of Giuliani and others who have emitted only mild praise of Mitt.

Mika:
I think you are a hot but honestly, you’re subtly duplicitous too?

Who’s that sitting next to you? Rachel Maddow’s brother or just some under average Joe?

I think the Dems would like to be a lot more certain that Mitt will be the GOP nominee, so they have to do their best to see that he is . . . then they can relax and -- fire when ready!

Since msnbc has ratings that are very low, why do FReepers continue to post crap about them? Who watches and who cares?

Just axing?

The woman is vacuous. If he last name wasn’t Brezinski, she’d be riding the pole at the Bada Bing.

Mark (governsleastgovernsbest) is doing the work the rest of us don't want to do: keeping us up to speed on the LSM propaganda being spewed out to the sheeple.

I, and many other FReepers, appreciate your efforts, Mark.

Mika was humping Jon Huntsman (figuratively) early on. Anyone she's for, I'm against. Same with Scarborough.

“The woman is vacuous. If he last name wasn’t Brezinski, she’d be riding the pole at the Bada Bing.”

Is that ever so true. I have never seen more wasted space between two ears. Just when I was edging over to the point that I could pull the lever for Romney, Mika defends the guy.

“‘Cause they have run AGAINST Willard, that’s why.”

Exactly what I was thinking. There’s a way to fight and campaign and a way not to.

Interesting that both Perry and Cain happily endorsed Newt after they withdrew. Has either been able to bring himself to endorse Mitt enthusiastically? Cain now says Newt should stop his campaign and get aboard the Mitt Express, but am not sure he’s too enthusiastic about it. I’m not too sure Perry will ever get behind Mitt in any significant way.

I’d have loved to see a Perry/Newt or Newt/Perry ticket but Perry stumbled coming out of the blocks and never got his equilibrium; Newt got savaged in FL and never recovered. Bummer all around.

hey. i’m no fan of the drive by media, but at least she prefers to talk strictly about real news, not the latest Lindsay Lohan or Paris Hilton crap.... How she may spin stuff may be something different, but I for one can respect her for not stooping to the low of talking about worthless crap that doesn’t affect anyone...
