That’s an interesting picture that you posted. I’ll ignore the Obama part but the area between the grandparents knees looks very natural. What you would expect. The video of the pair is completely different in that area.

On the video I think both versions are Photoshopped.

The original photo of the couple was altered to include the otherwise unaccountable cipher. The original photo was destroyed and the reconstruction is internally consistent in a way the trio can never be.
