Romney judicial record: Liberals running wild

When Romney had chance to influence bench, he appointed leftists . . . . . . Legal analysts say candidate Romney is different from Gov. Romney.

Liberty Counsel Action Vice President Matt Barber said Romney’s appointments were constitutional “living document” poster children.

“Many of Romney’s appointments were not only liberal, not only Democrats, but were radical counter-constitutionalists. How on earth can we expect that, as president, he would be any different?” Barber asked rhetorically.

“Actions speak louder than words, and Mitt Romney’s actions as governor scream from the rooftops that he cannot be trusted with this most important of presidential responsibilities.”

Barber cites two specific examples of Romney’s radical appointments.

“As governor of Massachusetts, Mitt Romney not only failed in this regard, he appointed a number of very liberal, if not radical, ‘living, breathing’-minded judges to the bench,” Barber said.

“Two that come to mind were extreme homosexualists Marianne C. Hinkle and Stephen Abany,” he said. “They both had a long history of pro-gay activism, yet Romney didn’t hesitate to put them on the bench.”

“These are people who outrageously believe the postmodern notion that newfangled ‘gay rights’ trump our constitutionally guaranteed First Amendment rights,” he said.

Baldwin agreed, citing Romney’s statements about the two requirements he actually used when selecting judges.

“Romney did focus on two criteria: their legal experience and whether they would be tough on crime. In other words, the nominee could be a gay activist or a pro-big government, pro-quota, pro-gun control Democrat Party hack who detests every judicial principle treasured by our founding fathers,” Baldwin said. “But if he happens to be tough on crime and have prosecutorial experience, he gets past the Romney filter. Many of Romney’s nominees fit that description.”

And the Un-Masking of Mitt Romney, the lying, left-wing, Progressive Liberal, continues . . .

"We don't intend to turn the Republican Party over to the traitors in the battle just ended. You're right.

Arnold was much better than Romney.

And I detest the girly-man Arnold for destroying the GOP in my state.

Romney was and is a lying, left-wing, Progressive Liberal.

They don't come any worse in the GOP.

I do not believe the Republican Party picked Romnye. I suspect Mitt Romney bought his way into this nomination.

God knows, he and his people sure smeared Sarah Palin and her family.

I will not vote for a socialist, which Romney admitted when he said he was a Progressive.

Yep. Mitt and his staff are as evil as anyone on the left. Mitt's lust for power is typical of someone who worships at the Alter of State Power.

I have read Mitt's 50 plus point plan. It was a boring pile of useless bromides. There is nothing bold at all.

Nothing Mitt will do as President will be strong enough to make any difference.

Drastic reductions in the power and size of the Federal government is needed in short order to stop the collapse. Mitt will has no desire to undertake any bold actions.

As a result our Republic will indeed be even worse off after Mitt's term. The MSM, the RATS and even most RINOs will wrongly savage Conservatives. Conservatives are the natural enemies of Statists like Mitt.

So, all the fools on our side believe in the idiotic ABO and think that will make a difference. The only result of electing Mitt will be the likely destruction of the Conservative movement.

These folks sound like paid trolls from the Obamass campaign. I would like them to go to the other side and actually try and be positive and constructive. They need to tell us exactly who and what they do support. They need to convince us that they do in fact have a better way to go that has any chance at victory. I am waiting for this intelligent display of logic that will lead to their candidate taking the oath of office next January.
I won't hold my breath. Their game is to tear down anyone on the republican side but especially the nominee. Again I honestly believe that they are paid trolls who are funded by the obamass camp.

What, did all you Romney supporters get your marching orders from the Romney campaign?

You all have the same accusation.

All those "folks" you are accusing of being Obama supporters have actually supported many, if not all, of the ACTUAL conservatives in the race.

We, as principled conservatives, and not Party over Principle types, cannot vote for or lie for or pretend he is not a lying, left-wing, Progressive Liberal. His record speaks for itself.

And you can add Jim Robinson, the owner of this site to the list of people who will not be voting for that lying, left-wing, Progressive Liberal as well.

Play close attention to the following comparison chart between Obama and Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich. What you will notice is that the records of Mitt Romney and Obama are almost an exact match.

That is why they are negative on Romney.

It is my honest opinion so how can it be a lie??? Me thinks you may need to deal with this with a little more honesty and logical thought.
And I still think that there are paid obama trolls on here and my opinion is that you are one of them. At no time did I ever state that you could not have your own opinion about Romney I am just highly suspicious where it comes from. You still have not uttered one single positive statement about any of the politicians on the right. I again challenge you to tell us exactly who and what you support in a straight forward and positive manner.
