You forgot the part about the other story out there today. Apparently at least some of the SS agents were too drunk to perform and went right to sleep after bring the hookers back to the hotel. So you have passed out agents and hookers hanging out in their rooms.
I personally don't care if his life was in danger or not. I do care about national security and this is unacceptable.
