NO Mitt Romney SC Justice will be any better than an Obama appointee. Obama and Romney agree on all the issues that Sotomayor, Ginsburg, Kagan, and Breyer do: ObamaRomneycare socialism, abortion on demand, registration and eventual confiscation of guns, jackbooted federal power triumphant over the states, enviros win every time, fostering dependence of the citizen on the federal government in every possible way.
Romney's past choices in Taxachusetts show the way he will choose as President.
Not so.
It would be better to have a fully-conservative House and Senate with Obama the Usurper styling himself President, than Romney with the RINO House and a Democommie Senate. Even SC Justices have to be confirmed.
A conservative Senate could shut down 0bama.
