Yes, it was absolutely clear from the start that he was embracing the cause of Islam in Libya and Egypt, and the mainstream press cheered him on.
And even though the Libyan war was illegal and unconstitutional, the Republicans did absolutely nothing to stop it. Boner wrote a letter to Obama, which he ignored, and that was it.
And of course McCain and his pals cheered him on. In this case, I doubt if Jackass McCain understood what he was cheering for.
More recently, Obama gave the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt a billion and a half dollars in aid, without the consent of congress, and again the response was feeble.
It’s good to see the Washington Times print an editorial like this, but you can bet that the NY Times and the Washington ComPost will certainly ignore it.
