Get over yourself.
I said nothing about who I voted for nor why.
Romney should quit and give his position to Sarah Palin.
The people want Sarah Palin, not Romney.
America NEEDS Sarah Palin, NOT Romney.
Romney should quit, and Newt, they should all just quit.
let it be a brokered convention. They still have an equal chance.
Run Sarah Run!
LOL..... I don’t wear panties but my boxer-briefs are unwadded and in tact. Thanks.
...because I darn well doubt most of the other Rick slammers are losing a second of sleep.
..they came, they spat their vilest rhetoric.....they conquered....now they have crawled back into their holes...
..and the ones who still have a conscience are whining because we don't have a conservative to carry our message now.
I knew....when Free Republic declared Newt to be the chosen one.....that it could make a difference to people who are newly following or long time following this forum and trying to figure out who to support..
We can't have it both ways.....Free Republic is either one of the most influential online news forums.....or it's not.
So don't tell me that supporting Newt didn't make a difference in how folks thought about Santorum.
And IF it had Just been support of Newt, so be it.
But people with nasty, nasty dispositions and ugly ugly words were ALLOWED to daily disparage, insult, ridicule and downright lie about Rick Santorum.
I NEVER saw a single moderator ask them to pull back on the character assassination of Rick..
...or especially, the character assassination of fellow Freepers.
This was a political bloodbath..........and some of you still with a conscience will have to live with your part in it.
Juvenile, but a nice try. You know that's not what I said.
Your boy Romney has a record of appointing far left libs to the bench, which knocks out your number one reason for voting for him.
If you're trying to draw contrasts between Romney and Obama to justify voting for him, you've got your work cut out for you. Those two are opposite sides of the same coin.
I think you're going far too easy on Mitt. Take a look at his record in office. It doesn't read like someone who only cares about himself. It reads like the record of a committed left liberal.
I think some people have been fooled by his public relations. He holds himself up as a Republican (who's 'severely' conservative). When he's on script, he talks from the right. When he slips up, the real Mitt comes out, and he talks from the left. Hence, the infamous flip-flopping.
But when it comes to governing, it's all from the left. No flip-flopping there.
I see what you mean.
