I heard wrong it was not a CIA memo it was a CYA memo where Obama handed off responsibility to a Navy admiral -- in case things went wrong.

It's a Shapiro article on breitbart but I cannot find it yet.

No doubt it will soon be posted by someone.

Of course the CYA memo proves that the silly documentary about Obama is lying about how Obama did everything short of leading the men into Osama's house.
