Sandra Fluke Engaged To Adam Mutterperl

April 26, 2012

Sandra Fluke has gotten engaged to her longtime boyfriend, according to an exclusive report from the Daily Beast. Her fiance is Adam Mutterperl, a writer/producer/director who lives in Los Angeles.

The couple told the Daily Beast that "having dated for over eight years, we're just excited that our friends and family were kind enough to pretend to be surprised at our engagement. We're really looking forward to spending the next eight years planning our wedding."

Fluke made headlines in February when Rush Limbaugh called her a "slut" for advocating for birth control coverage. Fluke and Limbaugh are still trading barbs, most recently over the issue of student loans.

When Bill O’Reilly discovered in March that Fluke and Mutterperl were together, he pointed out that Mutterperl's father is a big time donor to the Democratic party.

“For six days, we have been telling you that the 30-year-old Georgetown law student has become a major player in the presidential election,” he said. “Last night, we reported that she is now being handled pro bono, for free, by the PR firm SKDKnickerbocker, which is good, because Sandra doesn’t have enough money to buy birth control pills, as we know. But there is more to Sandra’s story than just contraception. Right now, she’s on spring break in California with her boyfriend, who is the son of Democratic stalwart William Mutterperl. He has made at least 56 donations to Democratic candidates or organizations. Nothing wrong with that -- I’m just pointing it out.”

William C. Mutterperl Partner at Reed Smith

Bill is a partner in Reed Smith's Financial Industry Group. He specializes in providing high level counseling to CEO's, General Counsel, Boards of Directors and members of senior management of major financial institutions.

As the former Vice Chairman of The PNC Financial Services Group, he held management responsibilities for certain PNC staff functions, including legal, compliance, legislative affairs and media relations, and he was responsible for implementing best practices for corporate governance. He served on several senior management committees, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Re-Engineering and Consumer affairs, and also served as management liaison to a special ad hoc committee of the Board of Directors dealing with regulatory affairs and corporate governance. He also served as a PNC representative on the Board of Directors of BlackRock Investment Management, one of the largest investment management firms in the world.

Bill also had a distinguished 25-year career at FleetBoston Financial Corp. where he served as its Executive Vice President and General Counsel world-wide, responsible for all legal affairs of the company.

In addition, Bill served as Executive Director of the Independent Oversight Board for Arthur Andersen, headed by former Federal Reserve Chairman Paul Volcker. The other members of the Independent Oversight Board included current and former CEO's of major U.S. companies. Bill advised the Board on proposed best corporate governance practices to be adopted by Andresen in the wake of governmental investigations and criticisms of that firm.

Democrats want us to think that they chose Sandra Fluke as some random, ordinary student. But the truth is that her fiance's father worked for Paul Volcker.

He’s gotta be crazy after her public display as a sl . . er . . pros . . .er,

Yeah.

You think they pulled this woman out of a hat? They chose her because she’s well connected and from a rich family.

But that should be obvious since she’s going to Georgetown law.

It seems strange that she all of a sudden got engaged after eight years of “dating:. Do you think she was stung by that reference to her? Did she get engaged to somehow prove that she wasn’t what someone called her? That remark must have hit a nerve.

You would think that, since “Bill” has such a great job and all, he could afford to pay for the supplies necessary for all the schtupping they’ve been doing...

I thought rabid feminists hated marriage.

I thought rabid feminists didn’t need men.

Good thing we have Obamacare so can abort all their kids.

Wait is that a mean thing to say?

Oh well, I guess I should go pay my taxes - the poor workers of the world (like Fluke) need the money.....

No, you misunderstood. I said 'Fluke is a randy student' not a 'random' student.

So she isn’t just a random female college student that just happened to get called before the Congress? What a shocker!

Funny how this “woman” is clearly a partisan plant, and still yet, ‘Joe The Plumber’ went through twice the hell that she has, and all ‘Joe’ did was ask 0bama a damn good and relevant question!

Perhaps Fluke and Mutterperl can ask their friends to give them $3,000 for contraceptives instead of regular wedding gives.

I’d contribute. I don’t want an idiot like her breeding anything except turtles.

If I were him, I’d wonder who she was sleeping with that couldn’t afford a condom, since he apparently can.

Fiance? I'm think Mutterperl is more beard than boyfriend.

In either case, definitely not sponge-worthy.

Maybe Fluke has other ...."friends" whom “Bill”doesn't know or refuses to pay for her other "expenses".

just an suggestion...

I wish them well. I hope they marry, settle down, and have twins via IVF.

After you've had as many sexual trysts (by Sandra's own admission), can one man be enough? Or, is she an “open marriage” proponent where she gets her jollies with her hubby-to-be plus the entire male population of Washington, DC? What does hubby-to-be say? Hmmmm.
