The DIFFERENCE, in most cases, is that the Republican base are LEGAL gun toters, whereas the Dem’s base are either convicted Felons (who can’t carry), or the great un-washed who don’t believe Law applies to them, OR, the inner-city tribal parasites who get their guns from Da Hood, on the street, with no permits or Registration. (VERY few Republican gun owners shoot with the gun magazine or trigger parallel to the ground, either).

Perhaps the real worry here is some sort of Democrat power struggle between the Dixie Mafia crowd (Hillary, et al) and the Chicago Gang. I'd pay to see the surveillance video of that gunfight.
