Here are aspects of Jon Bruning’s record.
In the state legislature, he supported increasing the state sales tax and proposed increasing car liscence fees. As Attorney General, he doubled his office’s budget. In addition, he supported appointing Eric Holder as U.S. Attorney General, he supported the Obama Stimulous plan, and calls for increasing Federal gasoline taxes. Also, he has ammassed a fortune while on the public payroll and has been charged with conflict of interest in at least one case.
