It’s one of three things:
(1) Obama is an islmist sympathizer, but his only real god is himself (narcicist). Iran is “disrespecting” him, so they just volunteered to be obastard’s October Surprise.
(2) Obastard is acting on orders from the King of Saudi Arabia, you know, they guy he bows to.
(3) Obastard has the planes there as a deterrent - to Israel.
If (3), we’re well on the way to the worst parts of the Bible for Earth. That said, (1) or (2) is (slightly) more likely.
The only rational reason is (2) but it is misstated. The move is the result of a consensus within the coalition.
The coalition includes all of the GCC, the Gulf Cooperation Council.There is a mutual need to deter the regional influence in Iran.
Although it is not realized by many here and will never be omitted by some, the growth of the GCC is steady and increasing to the point that the UAE is a modern center of world trade. It is the western terminus for many many multinational businesses and has the best distribution centers money can buy.
With Europe dying, the Asian/Pacific rim are the future of trade and growth. The GCC and especially the UAE are poised to be a major factor in that regional growth. Outside China, Dubai and Singapore are the portals for finance and trade that will have tremendous prosperity and growth.
