Scary thing is we all know here there are more than these 7 said things that causes this administration to be so frightening to our liberties. It is still so hard to fathom the idiocy of the American public that put this man in office.

Yep.....and every time.....EVERY time....these droolers are confronted with their own words, they get a deer-in-the-headlights look and backpedal like crazy (Steven Chu just being one, recent example).

What about the one claiming Congress is now largely ceremonial?
That gem fell out of Leon Panetta’s capacious mouth, if I’m not mistaken.

... we've actually taken one giant leap backwards since we no longer have a manned space program.
Not that I would ever agree with anyone in the 0bama Regime, but no manned program, so what?
I wholeheartedly supported all of the space projects since Day 1.
But after 30 years of spending billions and billions on the Space Shuttle, WTF do we the taxpayers have in return? NADA.

They may back pedal in their words but the actions to get these goals done continues ever onward.
I hope people remember this when they are in the booth in November

I think the EPA crucifixion comment this week should be somewhere near the top of this list.

Apparently you are not informed. We have gained all kinds of new materials because the shuttle was built and used. There are additional improvements in communications technologies and in some medical areas that have been made.
Just because you don’t see them trumpeted in the headlines doesn’t mean they aren’t there

Oh and by the by... you got a lot more bang for the buck from the shuttle than the real waste of money the James Webb Space Telescope (still yet to launch)

So according to you, the 'gubmint gave us all these wonderful things that are SO wonderful you couldn't even name ONE specifically.
Even if what you said was true, I guarantee the private market would have invented/produced them cheaper and faster .... and the taxpayers would still have billions and billions of dollars in their pockets.

One of the most disturbing to me was when Hillary Clinton said (back during the Clinton administration) “Well then, we’ll just have to change human nature.”

But after 30 years of spending billions and billions on the Space Shuttle, WTF do we the taxpayers have in return? NADA. Well it could be argued that most of the innovations of the last half of the 20th century were a result of the space program. Everything from the PC to the GPS not to mention things like teflon , food preservation techniques all came about originally from the space program.
0'Dumbo always talks about gubment investing and innovation, but historically that's never worked. The only innovations that ever came from government were through the military in war time and the space program because of competition with the USSR. The reason being because the government was in a war (or a space race). The competition wouldn't allow them to fund boondoggles like Solyndra or the Chevy Volt. In a war the government is forced to create results. From there you get innovations like the Internet and the miniaturization of computers.

Our space program was the best in the world. We lead in space science that help change the world for the better. NASA had the cream of the crop in minds and ability.
Now thanks to Obama, It's “Let's make Muslims feel better about themselves.”
History will write.... If we survive his leadership, That Obama was the greatest failure that this country has ever seen. That his leadership was EVIL and his purpose was to bring this country to it's knees and then lope of it's head.
