He answers that in his article linked at Philadelphia Weekly. A "good pedophile" is one who doesn't "do anything," who resists his urges. I am not at all sure that he means it. I doubt he would use the phrase "Let's say I'm a pedophile" unless he was one. But I could be wrong.
I had never heard of gay "Toys for Tots" events, but a quick Google search shows that they are real.

SO, where does his 'moral sense' come from? I can tell you, it does not come from God and as such is not premised upon absolute truth. Sure, in a moral relative context he may seem reasonable; HOWEVER, in context relative to truth he is promoting disorder as normal. Whether it be a person suffering from the homosexual mental disorder and or the mental disorder associated with pedophilia; REGARDLESS, they act on it, if they are intrinsically disordered then just and legitimate discrimination required e.g. [they] should not be alone with children, and [they] should not be in the military etcetera. {Their] disorders are never 'good'...
