That is one effed-up marxist POS. He personally called and unleashed a profanity-filled tirade at a constituent who’d called his office to complain about one of his perverted policy positions.
California has quite a cast of “reps” and senaturds out there.

It's hard for Stark to make the case he hasn't abandoned his district if he was trying to claim Maryland as his residence for tax purposes. But... he's a Democrat, the rules of "acceptability" don't apply.
