Bobby Jindal would be a case in point.Or, more likely, Marco Rubio. My recollection is that his parents had not obtained citizenship when he was born in the US. Is he NBC? Obama would be, because his fake BC, which everyone is afraid to question, shows he is NBC (nat. born citizen).
