Maybe you could write a check, copy it, and e-mail it in- but seriously, I’ve heard that they can’t be enforced in TX, but I don’t actually know anyone that has ignored one.
Their’s an e-mail that goes around about a fellow who recived a red light camera ticket. With a copy of a picture of him running a red light.
So he mails them a picture copy of a check paying the fine.
They mail back a picture of handcuffs and a jail cell.
Game over. He lost. He mailed in a real check.
