Why do conservatives put up with this type of abusive interview? Why couldn't the guest simply say that the host will not interrupt or over talk the guest's answers or the interview is over, and then walk off, headlines be damned?

Jonah’s publisher makes him go on lots of talk shows without regard for his feelings. It’s called PR and is all part of the process of getting the word out. Piers only helped sales of the book with his performance.
