Lets give Pennsylvania to Mexico.

Sanctuary states seem to WANT to be part of Mexico. Other states are inundated due to proximity to Mexico and the feds placate the lawbreakers.

Snip: It follows the discovery of 115 people locked inside three small houses close to the border with Mexico.
