So, if President Barack Obama isn’t reelected, will the reputation of entire black race suffer from his electoral defeat?
On Friday’s “Real Time with Bill Maher” on HBO, Maher said a Romney win in November would reflect poorly on “black America” and help conservatives undermine America’s faith in black politicians.
“I think the second term for Obama is more important even than the first,” Maher said. “Obviously, it was important to get the first black president elected. But if the first black president only has one term, America reads that as a failure.

If the first term was conservative then the second term is intended to begin in 2013 and end in 1984!
Maher doesn’t necessarily mean it but this might be the last chance for black America to become part of the United States of America as Obama seemed to preach from the pulpit of the 2004 Dem Natl Convention. They can do that only by rejecting his presidency.

I hate to say it but down at the sawmill the fourth grade dropouts are saying that the best thing for the Demo Rats now would be a Romney win because it would inevitably be followed by further economic misery and racial strife which could then be blamed on the GOP which seems to exist only for the purpose of being the whipping boy for the failures of Marxism. Soros has already said that it matters little whether Romney wins and Ted Turner has apparently said that he would have no problem with a president Romney. To my poor befuddled brain that sounds as though they may be actually HOPING for a Romney win, just imagine the rant from the left in 2014, “We gave the house to the GOP in 2010 and we gave the presidency and the senate to them in 2012 and look what we have now, it is time to put the Socialists back in power.”
Of course all of this is pure speculation on my part, fueled by disgust with the current situation and the lack of a real choice for president for yet another round.
This Son of the South would certainly have preferred to see Herman Cain nominated rather than Romney. Of course Maher would be able to explain how somehow that STILL makes me a RRRAAACCCIIISSSTTT!
Of course, for the same reason that when the dollar goes down a cheeseburger goes up. It takes seven dollars now to pay for the fast food lunch including tax that used to cost forty-five cents back in 1965. The current Dow adjusted for inflation is really no higher than it was decades ago.
He was as inept dealing with the riots in i think Williamsburg. Much as Obama had continually shown hos own ineptitude in dealing with racial issues.

If there’s any truth to what Maher is saying, then the blame has to fall squarely on the Democrats for putting up a corrupt, incompetent poser as their presidential candidate.

One problem with that.
If we, today, suddenly started working exclusively by merit, most of the black middle class would no longer be in the middle class, and most of the black students who planned to go to selective colleges would not be accepted.

I’m sure there are plenty of blacks who would make good presidents. Obama just doesn’t happen to be one of them.
