Much as I hate to admit it, as a supporter of our Republican nominee, Obama is correct. Corporations aren’t people.
1. A corporation is a political body legally authorized to act AS a person.
2. A corpoaration is a legal creation authorized to act with the rights and liabilities OF a person.
Therefore, corporations aren’t people. Harvard Lawyer Obama is correct. Harvard Lawyer Romney is wrong.
Gee I have three s-corps, an LLC and I am on the board by myself on all but one where my wife joins me. Like probably 75 percent of all corporations. I guess you think I am not a person. Who would have thunk it. But you and Obama know better I guess.

coporations ACT as a person(s) and therefore represent a person or body of people as a legal creation of a person(s).
Therefore bad mouthing a corporation is the same as bad mouthing a person(s).
